1.2. We operate a series of online tests, courses, assessments and quizzes (collectively, the ‘Services’) in connection with skills relevant to a financial trading profession.
1.3. These ‘Terms & Conditions’ set out the terms and conditions appliable to setting up an online Graduate Trader account and any purchase or free use of the Services available on our website.
1.4. In these Terms & Conditions, we refer to any products and services offered for free or for sale by us (Maths Quizzes, Sequence Quizzes, Brain Teasers, Resume Reviews and Courses) as “Services”. Any reference to “Services” includes Maths Quizzes, Sequence Quizzes, Brain Teasers, Resume Reviews and Courses, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
2.1. In these Terms & Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings;
(a) “Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;
(b) “Service(s)” means collectively any online facilities, tools, courses, quizzes, services or information that we make available through our Website either now or in the future;
(c) “User” / “Users” means any third party that accesses our Website and is not employed by Graduate Trader; and

3.1. In order to create a Graduate Trader account, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contracts; and
(b) follow the instructions to set up a password-protected account providing your correct full name and email address (all your details must be kept up to date at all times).
3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password and for all activity that occurs on your account. You shall not permit anyone other than you to use your account. If you become aware or suspect that anyone knows your username and/or password, you should promptly contact us.
3.3. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we use and protect your data. If we are investigating your account, or if we are investigated ourselves, you agree to comply fully with our requests for information about you and your purchases.
3.4. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or cancel any of your orders and/or prohibit you from making future orders or using our Services in future if;
(a) we suspect any unauthorised use of your account or other unauthorised activity is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account;

3.5. You may close your account by contacting us. However, please note that such closure shall cancel your access to any free or purchased Services.
4. Purchases
4.1. In order to make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contracts. You must also have a Graduate Trader account and a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.
4.2. Any purchase from Graduate Trader forms a legally binding contract that is subject to;
(a) these Terms & Conditions; and
(b) any special terms and conditions stated to be applicable to a particular Service
4.3. By purchasing one or more Services from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with any of them, then you must not make a purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, quizzes, information and software is the property of Graduate Trader. By continuing to use our Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property and other relevant laws.
5.2. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion reproduce material from our Website unless given express written permission to do so by us.
6. Use of Purchased Content
6.1 All Content and/or Services purchased by the User are made available under a personal use licence, meaning the User is not permitted to share or make available any Content to people other than themselves.
7. Delivery of Services
7.1. All Services purchased and accessed for free by the User are made available online by us automatically within one (1) hour of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, no physical delivered products are required to access our Services.

8.1. This website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not affiliated to, under the control of, Graduate Trader. We assume no responsibility for the content of such sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. Graduate Trader makes no warranty or representation that our Website and/or Services will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Service.
10.2. Graduate Trader does not provide tax, investment, or financial services. The information and Services available through the Website are provided solely for informational purposes on an “as is” basis at User’s sole risk. The information is not meant to be, and should not be construed as advice or used for investment purposes. Graduate Trader makes no guarantees as to the accurateness, quality, or completeness of the information and we shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information or for any user’s reliance on the information. User is solely responsible for verifying the information as being appropriate for User’s personal use, including without limitation, seeking the advice of a qualified professional regarding any specific financial questions a User may have. Graduate Trader is not endorsed by or affiliated with FINRA or any other financial regulatory authority, agency, or association.
11. Availability of the Website and Services
11.1. Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that any Service(s) will be free of defects and/or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
11.2. Graduate Trader accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graduate Trader accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our Website, Services or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Website, Services and its Content at their own risk.
13. Refunds
13.1. We offer a period of fourteen (14) days for a refund to be requested if one or more of the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) the Service(s) purchased is not suitable material for the use we advertised it for.
(b) none of the paid-for Services have been accessed; or
(c) there is a fault with the Service or Content which prevents access to or use of the materials purchased.
13.2. We make every attempt to ensure that our content is free of grammatical, spelling and typing errors. If you happen to spot a mistake, please do inform us and it shall be corrected. These errors are not considered to be a fault with the product or service or grounds for a refund, since they are rectifiable. Any refunds given are at the discretion of Graduate Trader.
13.3. Refunds approved by us will be initiated within ten (10) working days of approval. Once initiated by Graduate Trader, please allow a further five (5) working days for the banking network to process the refunded transaction.

14.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales.
